We lost Diahann Carroll, one of the first black female actresses I ever saw on TV in October!!!! Going through my stash today I found these patterns. Pretty timeless styles. I think I’ll make 3399 for one of my stash-busting projects.

Winter Retreat Recap
Another successful retreat in the books!!!! Ten of us gathered at Hallowood Retreat and Conference Center in Dickerson, MD to enjoy a blissful extended sewing weekend!!!!
Old and new friends became soul sisters with one common goal: SEWING!!!!!!
